Terrace & Roof Waterproofing

Terrace waterproofing involves the application of polyurethane-based or cementitious crystalline systems over the roof slab. We use high-elongation membranes that accommodate thermal movement and crack bridging. Our terrace systems typically include: substrate preparation, primer coat, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane, protective screed, and UV-resistant topcoat.

Basement Waterproofing

Basements face hydrostatic water pressure from surrounding soil. We apply crystalline waterproofing compounds that become an integral part of the concrete - blocking water under positive and negative pressure. For heavily waterlogged sites, we use a combination of drainage boards, crystalline slurry coats, and injection grouting for active leaks.

Bathroom & Wet Area Waterproofing

Bathrooms and wet areas require fast-curing, tile-compatible waterproofing systems. We apply flexible cementitious or polyurethane systems to walls and floors before tiling - ensuring zero seepage to the floor below. Sunken slabs receive drainage layer treatment in addition to membrane application.
